Bryce Murphy

Operations Director

I joined Sussex Audiology Centre in May 2022 as Operations Director. I have extensive experience in both clinical and hospital operations management in both Australia and the UK. I trained as a nurse in Australia, qualifying in 2004. I enjoy problem solving, being busy and supporting my team to get the best out of them.

My role at Sussex Audiology is to oversee all operational functions of the company across all of our sites, supporting our teams both clinical and non-clinical, to deliver the highest of quality of care to our patients, their families and the wider community.

I am married with two young children and enjoy living in Sussex with the downs, forests and seaside on our doorstep!
