Saskia Harden

Hearing Therapist

I have been working as an Audiologist and Hearing Therapist for 24 years, having trained in Edinburgh and worked in Scotland and Australia before settling here in Brighton. I competed an MSc in Audiology at The Ear Institute UCL in 2020, researching an e-learning platform for tinnitus as my final project. I have gradually moved away from diagnostic Audiology to specialise in rehabilitation and tinnitus and have completed training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

I have run the Brighton Tinnitus Support Group, supported by the British Tinnitus Association and funded by Sussex Audiology for 8 years and have provided free lip reading classes locally for 20 years. Hearing loss and tinnitus can significantly affect our lives, relationships and well being. My priority is working with people of all ages to ensure that life with tinnitus or hearing loss is no less enjoyable.
