WE ARE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
We are sorry to announce that we will be closing all Sussex Audiology Centres from 23 March 2020 until further notice. This decision was made in the light of the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Social distancing is now vital and we take the health of all our patients and staff extremely seriously.
We will be picking up answer phone and emails messages daily and will help out where possible depending on the issues. Stay safe everyone and listen to government advice above all else.

A full hearing aid assessment takes around 60-90 minutes and includes a consultation with one of our qualified, experienced audiologists.
During an assessment we undertake a medical history relating to your hearing, any difficulties you may be experiencing as well as your general health. We then examine your ears, ear canals and ear drums for healthy appearance. Next we carry out a full hearing test and middle ear analysis. With these results we will explain the options for your particular hearing loss profile such as the possible requirement for hearing aid provision.
A more professional and tailored experience than either the High Street or National Health Service can offer, call today to book a FREE, no obligation Hearing Aid Assessment and see what we have to offer.
If you would like to trial a hearing aid then we are able to offer this on a 45 day money back guarantee. The hearing aid(s) that you would trial would be the exact hearing aid(s) that were recommended and custom made where necessary. Being custom made does not affect the 45 day trial period.
Hearing aids can take between one to two weeks to arrive. We offer all hearing aids on a 2 year warranty, one year's battery supply and a comprehensive life-time aftercare.
Almost all of the hearing aids we offer have some form of remote control and simple to use accessories to help with the TV and/or Phone.
